1955 WESTERN FLYER X-53 Super Bicycle
Rare Vintage 1955 WESTERN FLYER X-53 Super Deluxe Bicycle. The Western Flyer X-53 Super was the top of the line bicycle sold through the Western Auto stores. This bicycle was built by Murray Ohio Mfg. Co. for Western Auto from 1953 to 1958. From seat post to crank is measures approx. 20". Serial # MOU 28x10 107133. Bike features: Troxel Deluxe saddle with leather cover, Delta Rocket Ray headlight, luggage carrier, chrome fenders, standard pedals, skip-tooth chain and sprocket. Tires need replacement. Bike has some oxidation and paint / decal loss and overall signs of use. There are some small dings to the frame & fenders. See photos for more details on condition.
