The neck code reads 7 JUN 63 A. The body has the builder’s mark number 387 in pencil under the neck. The numbers on the pots read 70-2125-0034 with 250K output. Please note, this is an item that may be especially difficult to move and/or transport. Condition
- ash body is a replacement from the original; a small gash (pictured) on the top of the body near the neck; the strap peg that goes on the back of the headstock has broken with a partial screw still in the hole (the peg is still present); scratches, marks, and wear throughout the bass; wear throughout the strap; residue, some tears, and loss to the surface material, oxidation, blue tape, scratches, marks, and wear throughout the case exterior; some residue, marks, and wear throughout the case interior.
