An 18k yellow gold open face keyless lever pocket watch ref # 708 with gold back stick hand dial and secondary subsidiary dial, running on eighteen jewels and an isochronism five position movementwith serial number #891819 and case #667299. Marked to face "Patek Philippe, Geneve" and a Helveta bust hallmark just below the crown; verso is monogrammed. Approx: (to crown) h. 2", w. 1.875"; and the total approximate weight including movement is 58.4 grams.
