Selon une attestation délivrée par Porsche Italia, cette voiture est sortie d'usine à la fin de 1969 et a été facturée à un concessionnaire italien le 1er décembre de cette même année. Il s'agit donc d'un modèle 1970. L'attestation précise que cette 911 S a été fabriquée de teinte noire (cod. 1010), avec sellerie en similicuir marron (cod. 21) et l'équipement "confort" comportant une instrumentation "S" avec indicateur d'huile et un volant en cuir. Cette présentation est exactement celle de cette voiture aujourd'hui. De plus, l'attestation confirme que son moteur Tipo 911/02 est bien celui qui l'équipait à sa sortie de l'usine. Cette voiture est donc parfaitement conforme.
Elle a été achetée en 2010 par son actuel propriétaire, un collectionneur de Porsche importantes basé à Modène, qui souhaitait une des premières 911 2,2 S livrées en Italie. Elle était en état d'origine et, pour qu'elle soit parfaite, il a décidé de lui consacrer une restauration totale. Un important dossier de photos montre qu'elle a été entièrement démontée avec mise à nu de la carrosserie, les travaux ayant été effectués par Efferreci Service, à Modène, dont les factures totalisent 18 820 €. La réfection de l'intérieur a été confiée à l'atelier Ferraresi, de Ferrare, qui a repris le tissu "Pepita" conforme à l'origine. La mécanique (boîte et moteur d'origine) a été restaurée par un atelier Porsche italien réputé bien connu de notre collectionneur. La voiture est accompagnée de certificats de Porsche Italie, certificat de conformité historique de l'ASI, factures de restauration et un important dossier photographique de l'ensemble des travaux effectués.
Avec sa très belle restauration et sa présentation irréprochable, cette Porche 911 S permettra à son nouveau propriétaire de retrouver le plaisir des versions anciennes et de comprendre pourquoi ce modèle a rencontré un tel succès, qui ne s'est jamais démenti.

According to a certificate from Porsche Italia, this car left the factory at the end of 1969 and was invoiced to an Italian dealer on 1 December that year, making it a 1970 model. This specifies that the 911S was finished in black (code 1010), with upholstery in brown leatherette (code 21), and fitted with 'Comfort' equipment, with 'S'-type instruments, an oil gauge and leather steering wheel. This corresponds exactly to the car's presentation today. In addition, the certificate confirms that the Type 911/02 engine is the same as fitted when the car left the factory. Its specification is therefore entirely correct.
The car was purchased in 2010 by its current owner, a collector of important Porsches from Modena, who wanted one of the first 911 2.2 S models sold in Italy. It was in original condition and in order to make it perfect, he decided to fully restore it. A large photo file shows that it was completely stripped down and the body taken back to bare metal; the work was carried out by Efferici Service in Modena, their bills amounting to 18,820 €. The interior was restored by the Ferraresi workshop in Ferrara, using 'Pepita' cloth to the original specification. A mechanical restoration (with the original engine and gearbox) was undertaken by a renowned Italian Porsche specialist well known to our collector. The car comes with certificates from Porsche Italy and ASI (for historical conformity), restoration bills and an extensive photographic record of all the work undertaken.
With such a fine restoration and impeccable appearance, this Porsche 911 S will enable its new owner to re-discover the pleasure of driving a classic model and to understand why it has enjoyed such unbroken success.
