1970s Cartier Diamond Yellow Gold Necklace

Exquisite classy three-stone diamond necklace created by Cartier in the 1970's. Features three gorgeous round brilliant cut diamonds set in yellow gold and accented with three marquise cut diamonds. Chic and feminine! Looks fantastic on a neck! The round diamonds are approximately 2.78-ct (G, VVS2), 0.50-ct (G, VVS2) and 0.10-ct (G, VVS2) and three marquise cut diamonds - approximately 0.68-ct each (H, VS1). Diamond total weight is approximately 5.42 carats. The necklace is 15-3/4" long and 3/16" wide, the drop pendant is 7/8" long and 3/8" wide. The necklace is stamped with Cartier maker's mark, French hallmarks for 18k gold and a serial number. The necklace comes in the Cartier box - that makes it a perfect gift!
