1975 Chateau Cheval Blanc - Héritiers Fourcaud-Lussac - Saint-Emilion 1er Grand Cru Classé A - 1 Bottle (0.75L)
1975 Vintage
. A classical and very typical/traditional vintage of Cheval kindly served at the château in the very room where I was once served it blind by Jacques Hébrard, the old owner. It was not flattered by the cherry cheesecake accompaniment but is still a beautiful, langorous, very persistent wine. The fruit is gently fading and there was a light aroma of digestive biscuits. By no means heavy but well balanced. Jancis Robinson. Tasted: 16-Jul-2015
. Jancis Robinson 18,5/20
. Jeannie Cho Lee 95/100 Tasted 1-May-2016
. Jean-Marc Quarin 94/100 Tasted 1-Jun-2007
