No Reserve. This 1978 Ford Bronco XLT will provide its future owner with a lot of potential options. According to the consignor, this Bronco has undergone a paint and interior restoration, leaving the driveline unrestored. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to restomod or complete the restoration. It is documented by a Deluxe Marti Report and was built at Ford's Michigan Truck facility on November 11, 1977. Finished in Candyapple Red with a black fiberglass roof and a red-and-black Ranger XLT interior featuring vinyl bucket seats, it was originally powered by the 400-cubic-inch two-barrel V8 paired with an automatic transmission and a 3.50 conventional rear axle. It has since been modified with a 4 barrel, Edelbrock intake, champion radiator, MSD coil/wires and Flowmasters. This Bronco was originally ordered through the Seattle District Sales Office and sold new by Jim Fugate Ford in Enumclaw, Washington. Marti statistics show it was one of 1,234 with this paint-and-trim combination. This Bronco combines the Ranger XLT and Free Wheeling packages with full-time four-wheel drive, speed control, power steering, tilt steering and an AM/FM stereo. Additional factory equipment includes skid plate, GT bar, handling package, raised-white-letter tires, swing-away spare carrier, privacy glass, console, tow hooks, increased-capacity fuel tank, visibility and convenience groups, dual electric horns and a rear seat. This Bronco was originally fitted with Air Conditioning, but it has since been removed. With its bold factory colors, large-displacement V8, desirable Free Wheeling graphics package and extensive list of comfort and utility options, this well-documented first-year full-size Bronco is a highly appealing example of Ford's iconic late-1970s sport-utility vehicle. MILEAGE: 32264. VIN: U15SLBA3330.
