1980s Cartier Diamond Gold Pin Brooch Clip

Elegant clip created by Cartier in Paris in the 1980s. Chic and wearable, it is a great addition to your jewelry collection. The brooch will make a stylish accent to any outfit. Made of 18 karat yellow gold and set with round brilliant cut diamonds. The diamonds are of F color and VS1 clarity, total weight 2.23 carats. The clip measures 2 x 2 inches. It is stamped with Cartier maker's mark, place of manufacture, a serial number and a hallmark for 18 karat gold. There is also a stamp "depose" which stands for a registered design. The brooch has a safety bar that prevents the clasp from opening.
