1984 Beaune Domaine Bernard Delagrange ( Magnum) 1,5L
-----------------------------------------------------------
Located on the slope ''on the hillside of the coast'', the Beaune vineyards produce an intense and elegant red wine with a dark color. Aromas of red fruits and berries evolving towards animal notes highlight this wine.

2x 1977 Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru “ Morgeot ” Domaine Prieur-Brunet
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
About the cuvée
Nestled in the heart of a charming hamlet of Chassagne-Montrachet, the Morgeot vines, benefiting from an ideal south-east exposure, stand mid-slope. The history of this land dates back to the 15th century, when the Abbot of Maizières decided to refresh this place and plant vines there. The soils composed of clay and limestone provide the Pinot Noir vines with all the nutrients necessary for their proper development. After being harvested entirely by hand, the fruits are traditionally vinified and fermented in open vats. Finally, the vintage is aged for several months in oak barrels before being bottled.
The ruby red color is enhanced by an explosive nose, endowed with intense blackcurrant scents. The round and suave mouth reveals aromas of red fruits accompanied by flavors of mocha, leading to a fresh and persistent finish. This is a vintage that will easily age for a few good years in the cellar.

1978 Bourgogne Red Tastevinage , Jean Bouchard
1970 Bourgogne White , Charles Viénot
---------------------------------------------
Burgundy wines have built their reputation throughout the 20th century on two main grape varieties: for red wines, pinot noir: an extremely demanding grape variety, requiring careful viticulture, controlled yields and advanced vinification. At its best, it achieves the feat of combining finesse, perfume, power and grace. In white, the Chardonnay grape variety, a real terroir sponge, manages to transcribe with great emotion the clay-limestone terroirs of Burgundy. The predominantly limestone soils are dedicated to the cultivation of this grape variety which, from the limestone, draws notes of lemon, citrus, stone, which the clay, often present, densifies and comforts in the mouth. Burgundy reds are also marked by winemaking styles: the barrels bring a vanilla and gourmet touch that the grape variety does not have. In addition, the entire harvest gives the wines exceptional floral aromas.
