1989 Bessie Begay Hand Woven Navajo Rug

This beautiful hand woven rug was created by Navajo artist Bessie Begay. It is lovely neutral colors with raised border. Purchased in 1989 at Falkner's Indian Country in Flagstaff, AZ, which appears to be no longer in business. Measures approx 31.5" x 51". From the collection of Daniel Cutrone, professor at Cal State Dominguez Hills, specializing in preserving the four corners of Native American Indians.
