PLEASE NOTE: This is a recurring auction. Therefor, the seal number(s) you see in the photos might differ from the one(s) on your bottle(s) . 1989 - Dalva Port Golden Colheita White - 1 Bottles 0. 50L taste: Very intense aroma, deep, with suggestions of marmalade, caramel, dried fruits, a little bit of tofa, quite complex. Rich in the mouth, plump but delicate, it is a fragrant, elegant wine, full of class at the end, very long and distinguished. Many greenish tones appear when the glass is shaken, a sign of old age. Very rich in aromas, notes of figs, dried fruits, white plum jams, all rich, sweet, luscious but dangerously attractive. Very elegant in the mouth, it has a silky body that surrounds the palate and this texture leaves a mark on the mouth. The ending is very long, austere but of a great class. Cellaring: Bottles should lie horizontally, in a cool dark place. It does not develop significantly in the bottle. May be stored several years without losing its freshness. Serving: Serve slightly chilled, between 12 and 13ºC, in an appropriate glass. May be enjoyed on its own or with foie gras or citrus type MOMENTS We’ve been wanting to try this restaurant, the chef’s foie gras is famed. This is what we ordered as a starter with the aged white Port that the sommelier suggested. What a delicious harmony of aromas and tastes! We will return…. Note: All Non-EU Countries have to pay an Export or Customs Clearance Fee from € 70. 00 always adding that it has to be paid before shipping. In the price of 40,00 € is included a special packaging
