An antique Russian Orthodox religious icon. Features the Virgin Mother Mary and Christ Jesus child. Silver with tempera on board. Russian 84 stamps at bottom left, and to rim of halo. Wood mount is lined in velvet, with Russian script on verso.
Dimensions: 12.5 X 10.5 X 1 in.
Condition: Good to fair overall condition with moderate patina and slight denting. Velvet backing showing toning, wear and staining. Estate fresh to the market.
