Condition Report: Cracks to both arms with possible previous repairs obscured under paint layers; one arm is missing the upper bolt that secures it to the body and the second handle's bolt is partially separated from the body; casting imperfections; oxidation and wear to finish; body and base are not secured and should be professionally reattached.
