Rectangular Form, highly figured, in simple varnish on outside, the inside still aromatic; broad brass corners and straps, deep hinged lid having brass lift ring, oval brass lockplate below (includes original iron key to the working lock), two beaded edge drawers below with hand holes cut at back, also entirely of solid camphorwood, original heavy brass drop bail lifts on sides, raised on shallow bracket feet with intermediate brass straps, 21 3/4" x 46" x 23 1/2". Good condition.
