19TH C. FLOOR MODEL FRENCH MADE TELESCOPE

Large Two Pull Solid Brass Telescope on the original mahogany bronze fitted tripod, manufactured by A. Bardou of Paris for Andrew J. Lloyd Company of Boston (1883) and marked as such. Eyepiece has trammel focus, 38" tube has 2 1/2" objective, retains original lens cover. Includes wooden storage box with second eyepiece, solid brass tripod stretchers. 55" tripod, 36" foot to foot. Near fine condition a few light scratches and speckling to tube, optics are fine.
