Russian 14k yellow and enamel crucifix necklace depicting Christ on the cross, (St. Petersburg 1882-1899). En verso engraved in Russian 'Save and Protect'. Marked '56' zolotnik (14k) Imperial gold standard with the St. Petersburg town mark and the maker's mark 'PB' possibly for Rudolf Weide. Suspended from a chain without a clasp.
