Floral and foliate enameling to the underside of the round bowl and stem in turquoise, light blue, cobalt blue, white, and red. Gilding to interior of bowl. Hallmarked to the side of handle nearbowl: Maker's mark in Cyrillic probably Ivan Saltykov, City mark for Moscow, 84, Assay master's marks visible, but partially obscured, 1888.
