19th C. Catholic Knights of America Fraternal named sword. Flattened Diamond section, double side, acid etched blade. Named to "C. Bodenbender". Maker mark on the ricasso read "Ames Sword, Chicago, ILL". Gilt plated decorated bronze crossguard and knight helmet pommel. Leather covered wood grip with twisted wire. Black painted steel scabbard with gilt plated bronze fitting. Blade Length: 27.3/4" Total Length: 35"
Condition Report: Very good. Light oxidation on the blade.
