1869, Providence, Rhode Island, retailed by Thomas Kirkpatrick, New York, New York, of navette form with fluted sides, the ends surmounted by a figure of a demi-swan out of a crown, with molded rim and raised on four palmette-crested feet, monogrammed "AMG" conjoined.

Condition Report: **A very handsome piece with no issues noted beyond the expected patina of age. Marked (on the underside) with the Gorham "lion-anchor-G" trademark and "Sterling / 50" with the Gorham date mark "B" for 1869; additionally with retailer's mark "T. Kirkpatrick. N.Y.".
