19th C., Early US Knights Templar Fraternal sword. Flattened Diamond section, double side, acid etched in gilt finish blade (40% remains). Maker mark on the ricasso reads "C.A. Hart & Co, Philadelphia". Bronze, gilt plated, decorated crossguard with Eagle pommel. Wood grip missing twisted wire. Hand decorated gilt plated bronze scabbard and rain guards. Chain hangers. Blade Length: 28" Total Length: 35.1/2"
