Gilt bronze Chinoiserie lacquer inkwell, the plateau mounted with Rocaille scrolls centered with a scene of figures near a lake with a village in the distance; a quill/pen rest is flanked by an ink pot and pounce powder pot. [5 1/2" H x 13" W x 9 1/2" D]. Some cracking to lacquer; losses, stains to gilding.
