19th C. US Military Association Eagle Head Officer dress sword. Straight blade (Broken) with fuller. Blue blade panels with flamboyant ends. Small floral and military motifs drypoint etched and gold washed. Brass hilt with Eagle Head pommel. Clam shell guard depict The American Eagle on the left and an Island Native seating on the right. Mother of Pearl grips (Small chips on one side) with twisted wire. Hand decorated brass scabbard.
