19th CENTURY SAWBACK SHORT SWORD w/ SCABBARD
The sword has a 16 5/8" unmarked blade with sawback spine. Wood grip is held on with 3 brass rivets, and has some chipping at quillon. Early leather scabbard has iron mounts and does not fit the sword well. Probably from another sword, but a scarce early scabbard. The sword has been cleaned. 22 1/4", Very Good
