19th Century Cased Austrian Sterling Silver Spoon Set

A sterling silver spoon set by Joseph Reiner (Active, 1822-1867). There are 12 spoons all with a tipped pattern handle with the monogram ‘M.’ Comes with a retailers card from Richard Kaiser, Leipzig, Germany. Dimensions are: the spoon measures, 6 1/2 inches X 1 1/2 inches, 16.51 cm X 3.81 cm; the box measures, 8 inches X 10 inches, 20.32 cm X 25.4 cm. Total weight: 322.92 grams (10.38 ozt). All measurements are approximate. Condition: Minor surface wear. Provenance: From a private VA collection.
