The hand-painted dial with hunting scenes and Roman numerals, included is a second counter and minute counter; the bonnet with a pediment broken by a finial and inlaid decoration; the case with continued inlay including a shell to the door. "Geo' Slater / Burslem" written in black to the dial. First half 19th century. {Approximate dimensions: 90 1/2 high x 22 1/4 wide x 9 3/4 inches deep.}. Condition: Overall wear is very good for the age. With two weights, pendulum lacking.
