The rectangular box with two handles, bowl to the lid, four feet, thick and dark patina; contents include hand cut sacrificial bamboo tools and areca betle nuts. Circa 1840. {Approximate dimensions: 11 1/4 high x 25 wide x 8 inches deep.}. Condition: Minor loss to lid corner. Overall condition good considering age and use.
