Louis XVI style three tier marquetry server, 19th century, executed in burl veneer with light wood pencil inlay, having an astragal top centering a hand painted oval porcelain plaque depicting a courting couple, framed by marquetry and pencil inlay and a decorative pierced brass gallery with bird finials at the four corners, surmounting a wide apron with a single drawer fronted by an angel mount, the second and third levels centering marquetry foliate reserves, and the whole rising on ebonized supports with brass mounts, 33.5"h x 18"w x 13"d.
