Late 19th or early 20th century French Empire style bronze mounted walnut buffet with mirror, having a shaped cornice surmounting a rectangular beveled mirror flanked by sloping sides and terminating to display shelves, the whole resting on a demilune cabinet having three drawers interspaced with gilt foliate mounts, surmounting cabinet doors with bellflower wreath motifs, opening to one shelf, flanked by foliate motif topped pilasters, and terminating in two open shelves at the ends, the whole resting on a shaped plinth, 84"h x 72.5"w x 20.5"d.
