Louis XV style walnut settee, late 19th or early 20th century, having a serpentine carved crest rail centering a shell flanked by floral elements and acanthus carving, surmounting an upholstered back flowing into sinuous arms with acanthus terminals, above an upholstered serpentine seat with a single down filled bench cushion, with a shell carved serpentine apron, the whole rising on cabriole legs ending in scrolled feet, upholstered in a neutral floral brocade, 42"h x 66"l x 26"d; seat 20"h.
