19th century patinated and gilt bronze mounted figural mantel clock, marked "Clodion" on lower right, (French, 1738-1814), depicting a young satyr seated next to a nest of birds while holding a bird, surmounting a two tiered bronze architectural case, centering a white enameled dial with Roman numerals, above mounted floral swags and a gadrooned plinth with a gilt mounted bird, the whole rising on splayed legs, 23.5"h x 19"w x 9.5"d.
