19thc French Portrait Miniature, Signed

A 19thc French miniature portrait of a young woman, c.1860s. The watercolor and gouache portrait painting depicts a lovely young woman wearing a large floral covered hat. Artist signed indistinctly Gettay / Getty? Measures 2-3/8" diameter. Housed in a fine embossed brass and wood frame under glass. The frame surmounted with a laurel leaf and ribbons, easel backed, 5-3/8" high, 4.5" wide.
