Group of three steel engravings from 1848. Book plates of Pennsylvania statesmen, signees of The Declaration of Independence including; Rob Morris ( 1734 - 1806 ) served as a member of the Pennsylvania legislature, the Second Continental Congress, & the United States Senate, & was a signer of the Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Confederation, &the United States Constitution. Benjamin Rush ( 1745 - 1813 ) signee of the Declaration of Independence, a leader in Pennsylvania's ratification of the Constitution in 1788. He was prominent in many reforms, especially in the areas of medicine. James Wilson  ( 1742-1798 ) Representative for Pennsylvania to the Continental Congress, one of the Founding Fathers of the United States & a signatory of the United States Declaration of Independence & the United States Constitution.
