C. 1927, maker unknown. A very unusual trade stimulator with a baseball component and boxing component. The paper label with Babe Ruth's likeness gives you the pitch and instructions to play. Play the coin and guide the ball into the correct colored shoot, but you better be quick! With a remarkable cast marquee of 2 boxers and labeling to the machine, "The Champion." CONDITION: All original, including the paper interior that has a light fade. The marquee has oxidation and retains some remnants of the original paint. The base has an age crack that does not distract, and the machine plays perfectly. PROVENANCE: From the lifelong collection of Bill Howard. Condition: (Good) Dimensions: 22 1/2" x 13" x 10"
