2 Chinese 19 C Overlay Carved Glass Snuff Bottles

2 Chinese 19 Century Overlay Carved Glass Snuff Bottles, the first with cleanly carved black foot ring, "snuff-tray" edges to the wide sides and Lion-head & long ring handles and carnelian agate cover; the second in "jade" green over "amber" glass bottle with squirrels and grapes on vines and a chrysoprase cover. Good condition with light age related wear and very tiny flakes to mouth of each. Height with cover 2 3/4 inches (7 cm.). PROVENANCE: A long time New Jersey Snuff Bottle Collector.
