2 Chinese Blue and White Tea Caddies, 18/19th Century

Two Chinese blue and white tea caddies dating from the 18th or 19th century. Both square caddies are decorated throughout with lotus tracery.

Dimensions are: the larger caddy measures 6 3/4 inches tall X 3 7/8 inches wide, 17.1 cm X 9.8 cm. All measurements are approximate.

Provenance: From the private, premier collection of a gentleman in Cleveland, Ohio. The items in the collection were acquired starting in the 1970s from auction houses including Christie's, Sotheby's, and Bonhams, as well as from various private collections in the United States.
