(2) Lehmann Luftwaffe Heinkel He 70 & He 111 Aircraft Boxed
Two scarce pre-war Lehmann German take-apart tinplate aircraft are offered together, including No. 819 Heinkel He 70 "Blitz" and No. 833 Heinkel He 111 bomber. The He 70 features a brown and green splinter camouflage lithographed finish, fixed landing gear, Balkenkreuz wing insignia, and stamped underside markings including "D.R. PATENT" and "MADE IN GERMANY." The larger twin-engine He 111 is finished in dark gray with two rotatable tin propellers, functional landing gear, a glazed cockpit graphic, and a swastika emblem on the vertical stabilizer. Both toys retain their original graphic cardstock boxes, multi-language instructional leaflets, interchangeable engine cowlings, and the rare original weighted ceiling-suspension flight strings with guidance rings. Normal light wear from age and handling is present, while the boxes show wear. No. 833 measures approximately 18 cm across the wingspan, while No. 819 measures approximately 14 cm across the wingspan.
