Chinese, 20th century. Green and brown "Fitzhugh" porcelain export tureen and underplate with gilded accents, a diapered and butterfly decorated rim and having eagles in the style of the Great Seal of the United States holding a monogrammed shield. Unmarked. Approx. of the tureen, h. 9", w. 14", d. 9.5"; underplate w. 15", d. 11.75".
