1) US M1860 enlisted cavalry saber measuring 42 1/2" overall with a plain 35" blade marked " A.G.M U.S 1863 " and " C. ROBY W.CHELMSFORD MASS ". Standard 2 branch brass hilt with wire wrapped leather grip. Iron scabbard. CONDITION: blade has spotty staining and light pitting towards the tip. Hilt generally shows light wear.
