Featuring a black fur felt accordion pleated body, black velvet back cover, and front faux quilted front panel studded with applied white glass seed bead accents. As well a large and wide black velvet bow on the right side. In good condition with no visible issues.1 vintage c1960 sz 22 short brim imported black fur velour ladies domed hat by Peach bloom Velour. Featuring an exaggerated crown, a short brim, and a 1'' wide black grosgrain ribbon band with a front facing triple layer bow. It has a 2'' wide brim, 4 3/4'' tall crown. In good condition.
