Développée par Ford en collaboration avec TWR, l'Aston Martin DB7 est dévoilée au salon de Genève 1993. Sa ligne fluide et épurée, dessinée par Ian Callum, associée à un moteur 6 cylindres de 335 chevaux, séduisent les puristes de la marque. En 2000, pour rester attractive le 6 cylindres est abandonné et la DB7 évolue en Vantage avec un V12 Cosworth de 420 chevaux lui procurant des performances de haute volée. Une déclinaison cabriolet " volante " est disponible, permettant de mieux profiter du chant mélodieux du 12 cylindres. Avec 7 092 exemplaires produits, la DB7 a été un énorme succès commercial pour Aston Martin.

La voiture de la vente est une désirable DB7 Vantage, dans sa version Volante et qui présente la particularité d'être équipée du rarissime "Visual Dynamics package", proposé par le service de personnalisation "Works Service" d'Aston Martin. Ce pack inclut une conversion de l'arrière de la voiture en une V8 Vantage Supercharged comprenant des feux et un pare-chocs arrière modifiés, avec spoiler spécifique et échappement sport. Cet élément, à la fois élégant et sportif procure un supplément de caractère à cette belle GT. Developed by Ford in collaboration with TWR, the Aston Martin DB7 was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in 1993. Its slender fluid shape, designed by Ian Callum, matched with a 335 bhp 6-cylinder engine, appealed to the marque's purists. In 2000, to retain its appeal, the DB7 evolved into the Vantage with 6-cylinders abandoned in favour of a 420 bhp V12 Cosworth engine giving a first class performance. A "Volante" cabriolet version was available, allowing greater appreciation of the sweet sounding 12-cylinder engine. With some 7 092 examples produced, the DB7 was an enormous commercial success for Aston Martin.

This example has the added distinction of the extremely rare "Visual Dynamics package" offered by Aston Martin " Works Service ". This pack involves converting the rear of the car, with V8 Vantage Supercharged rear lights and bumper, special spoiler and sports exhaust. Elegant and sporty, this feature bestows extra character on this lovely GT.
