2000 Topps Chrome Pokemon Sparkle Chrome Poliwrath #62 SGC 10
Graded SGC 10 Gem Mint, a superb Gem Mint example worthy of a premium collection. Topps Chrome Pokemon cards were produced separately from the playable Pokemon TCG and adapted the franchise to the chromium trading card format familiar to sports card collectors. Multiple reflective parallels created a rarity structure within the Chrome release, with Sparkle Chrome among the distinctive finishes pursued by collectors. Poliwrath #62 therefore represents an interesting crossover between early Pokemon collecting and the premium parallel traditions of the broader trading card hobby.
