Flavor notes: Although it can be drunk young, it has the necessary structure to improve and mature

Consumption: 15 - 17ºC
Vinification: All the grapes from the Quinta do Noval vineyard are trampled underfoot
to extract the must. During fermentation, they are pressed in lagares, the Quinta's traditional
stone tanks.
Ageing: 18 months in aged wooden barrels

This outstanding Vintage displays many of the typical Graham’s aromas of ripe plum and “esteva” (gum cistus) and is pleasantly smooth on the palate despite its youth. It is full and rich in the mouth with fresh blackberry and red plum notes. Despite the hallmark Graham’s sweetness in the mouth the finish is long and clean.
