2002 Range Rover Vogue V8

[ translate ]

Lot details Registration No: MJ02 ODB Chassis No: SALLMAMA32A108495 MOT: July 2024 Just 2 former keepers and current ownership since 2014 66,300 miles from new and a very well maintained example Offered with original owners wallet, handbooks and service book Subject to a previous gearbox overhaul and serviced this year The launch of the third-generation Range Rover (L322) coincided with an asset scramble for the leftovers of the Rover Group. Development of the L322 however, had already been largely shipped out to Munich but the L322’s slick and clean modern design came from Solihull. Geoff Upex had become Rover’s design chief and concept director in 1995 and it was his vision for the L322 that beat a proposition from BMW’s chief designer, Chris Bangle. Monocoque construction transformed the L322’s on-road manners. Prior to the previous owner, 'MJ02 ODB' was a demonstrator at Land Rover Bury with the vendor purchasing it from them on 12th August 2014 when the mileage was a mere 37,183 miles. The current mileage is still relatively low at 66,300 miles. Throughout the duration of the current vendor, the Vogue has been regularly serviced and maintained with works carried out including having the gearbox overhauled, a new alternator and a new compressor for the air suspension. Serviced in the last twelve months, it possesses an extensive service history with the main agent or a Land Rover specialist. The vendor advises us that ‘all the necessary maintenance has been carried out as required’. Offered with a large collection of invoices and old MOT paperwork, the owner’s wallet with its service book, there is also a current V5C Registration Document.
