Ferrari?s 456M was launched in 1998 as an upgrade to the existing 456. Whilst Pietro Camardella?s achingly pretty Pininfarina design was largely untouched, subtle changes made the 456M a significantly improved car. Carbon fibre was utilised for the bonnet, and the interior was thoroughly overhauled to make it more ergonomic. The 436 bhp 5.5-litre V-12 was fettled by having its firing order changed to run more smoothly, and the car retained its claim of being the fastest production four-seater from 1992?2002.
This 456M boasts an elegant colour scheme of Grigio Titanio over Cuoio leather interior with matching carpets and is accompanied by its owner?s manuals, toolkit, and service books. It was delivered new in 2003 in Portugal, where it has resided since, making it one of the last examples produced. 456Ms are rightly now enjoying the recognition they deserve as a fantastic way to cover ground, and this late example is no exception.

O 456M da Ferrari foi lançado em 1998 como uma evolução do 456 existente. Enquanto a belíssima estética de Pininfarina, por Pietro Camardella ficou praticamente igual, mudanças subtis fizeram do 456M um carro significativamente melhor. Fibra de carbono foi utilizada para o capô, e o interior foi completamente revisto para o tornar mais ergonómico. O V12 de 436 cv e 5.5 litros de capacidade foi modificado ao ter a ordem de ignição alterada para funcionar de forma mais suave, e o 465 manteve a sua reivindicação de ser o veículo de série mais rápido com quatro lugares, entre 1992 e 2002.
Este 456M possui um esquema de cores elegante de cinza titânio sobre o interior de couro Cuoio com tapetes da mesma cor e é acompanhado pelos manuais do proprietário, jogo de ferramentas e livros de manutenção. Foi matriculado novo em 2003 em Portugal, onde está desde então, tornando-se um dos últimos exemplares produzidos. Atualmente, os 456M estão a desfrutar do reconhecimento que merecem como uma maneira fantástica de fazer quilómetros, e este exemplar tardio não é uma exceção.
