Comme l'indique son carnet d'entretien, cette voiture a été vendue neuve en mai 2003 par l'intermédiaire de Tamsen GmbH, de Stuhr en Allemagne, à une société domiciliée à Unterschleissheim, à côté de Munich. Elle a été ensuite entretenue par Ferrari Stuttgart jusqu'en 2007, année à laquelle elle a été exportée en Suède. A partir de là, l'entretien a été pris en charge par Autoropa, spécialiste Ferrari officiel, et les tampons apposés sur le carnet témoignent de révisions régulières accompagnant l'augmentation très progressive du kilométrage, la dernière ayant eu lieu le 1er novembre 2023 à 35 626 km, après quoi la voiture a été livrée par camion à notre Staffan Wittmark.
Grâce à cet entretien attentif, cette Ferrari 575 M Maranello est aujourd'hui dans un état d'origine extrêmement bien préservé. Les alignements de carrosserie sont conformes aux exigences du constructeur et la peinture Rosso Corsa (code 322 DS) ne présente pas de défaut. Il est d'ailleurs possible que la face avant ait été repeinte car elle ne porte aucune trace de gravillon. Les jantes sont en très bon état et l'habitacle, avec ses sièges en cuir noir, ne montre que de subtiles traces d'usage. Cette voiture est livrée avec sa pochette contenant ses carnets d'utilisation et d'entretien, en plus d'un dossier de factures correspondant aux travaux d'entretien, sans oublier la housse Ferrari, la trousse à outils et le kit de crevaison placés dans le coffre.
Utilisée avec parcimonie et entretenue avec soin tout au long de son existence, cette 575 M Maranello permettra à son nouveau propriétaire de profiter pleinement des brillantes performances de son V12 de plus de 500 ch, dans cette splendide configuration classique à moteur avant.

As its service book indicates, this car was sold new in May 2003 through Tamsen GmbH in Stuhr, in Germany, to a company based at Unterschleissheim, near Munich. It was subsequently maintained by Ferrari Stuttgart until 2007, when it was exported to Sweden. From then on, the car was maintained by Autoropa, an official Ferrari specialist, and the stamps in its service book show regular services as its mileage increased very gradually; the last of these was carried out on 1 November 2023 at 35,626km, after which the car was delivered by truck to our client, Staffan Wittmark.
Thanks to this careful maintenance, the Ferrari 575 M Maranello is today in extremely well-preserved original condition. The alignment of the body panels meets the manufacturer’s standards and the Rosso Corsa paintwork (code 322 DS) has no defects. It is possible, moreover, that the front of the car has been resprayed as it is completely free from any stone chips. The wheels are in very good condition, while the interior, with its black leather seats, shows only the slightest signs of wear. The car will be supplied with its document wallet containing its service book and manuals, as well as a file of invoices for the service work carried out, not forgetting its fitted Ferrari car cover, tool kit and puncture repair kit stored in the boot.
Sparingly used and carefully maintained throughout its existence, this 575 M Maranello will allow its new owner to enjoy to the full the sparkling performance of its V12 (producing more than 500bhp), in this splendid and traditional front-engined layout.
