A 2006 Porsche 911 Carrera S 3.8 Manual Convertible finished in Porsche black metallic with a black leather interior. The car is in extremely good condition, and we are told it drives very well. The 19" wheels are fitted with Pirelli P Zero tyres, which have apparently only done a couple of thousand miles, and a new battery has just been fitted. The A/C does not seem to work, it probably needs re-gassing after the prolonged storage. The car has been in storage which is why it has done only 42,000 miles, which is backed up by the VOSA MoT record. Unfortunately, the book pack has been lost, including the Service Record. However, there are some invoices with the car, showing that it has been serviced by main dealers, though the record is not complete.
As the service records are not complete and the book pack has been lost, the vendor, who has owned the car for seven years, has decided to put this car up for sale with a very realistic reserve. He understands that the car is probably worth substantially more than the reserve, but has allowed for the lost service history. It may even be possible for the buyer to track down the missing service history through Porsche.
