Aromas of lime, sesame, green pear, wheat toast and preserved lemon, framed by new oak, precedes a full-bodied, glossy wine with superb amplitude, unerring focus and a long, chalky finish. This really blossoms with a decant and is still a good six or seven years away from its apogee.
