2009 Upper Deck SP Signature Edition 2 Star Signatures Michael Jordan LeBron James /23 BGS 9 Auto 10
Few cards can bring together two names with the historical significance of Michael Jordan and LeBron James. Jordan's six NBA championships, six Finals MVP Awards, five league MVPs, ten scoring titles, and immeasurable global impact transformed him into the standard against which basketball greatness is measured. LeBron has built a similarly historic legacy through extraordinary longevity and versatility, becoming the NBA's all-time leading scorer while collecting four championships and four league MVP Awards. Together, they represent two different generations of basketball dominance and remain at the center of the sport's greatest-player debate. The 2009 Upper Deck SP Signature Edition 2 Star Signatures captures both icons on the same card with something far more significant than imagery alone - the autographs of Jordan and LeBron together. Upper Deck occupies a particularly important place in the autograph market for both superstars, and dual-signed cards pairing the two are among the most compelling modern basketball collectibles. Limited to only 23 copies, a number made even more fitting by the jersey number forever associated with both players, this example carries tremendous built-in scarcity. Graded BGS 9 with perfect 10 autographs, the card combines exceptional condition, extraordinarily limited production, and the signatures of arguably the two greatest basketball players of all time. Jordan and LeBron collectibles independently occupy the highest levels of the basketball hobby; bringing both signatures together on a card numbered to just 23 creates a piece with significance that extends far beyond a typical insert or autograph. It is a remarkable representation of basketball history, connecting the defining superstar of one generation directly with the defining superstar of the next.
