La vigna Gramolere, quella da cui prende forma questo Barolo, è collocata tra i 400 e i 450 metri sul livello del mare, con una esposizione perfetta a Sud e un piccolo versante che gira verso Ovest. Qui la presenza di alcune sacche sabbiose regala vini di grande eleganza e finezza tannica, come questo Barolo che si offre in un colore aristocratico e in un sorso austero, potente. Nel Barolo “Gramolere” il bouquet alterna note fruttate a richiami balsamici e mentolati, con un abbraccio di chiodi di garofano, anice, liquirizia e tabacco biondo.
