Proveniente dai vigneti della storica tenuta di famiglia che hanno un’età compresa tra i 15 ed i 30 anni, è un Brunello che matura per 36 mesi rigorosamente in sole grandi botti di rovere di Slavonia. Il Brunello di Montalcino DOCG 2012 di Biondi Santi è un vino rosso di immensa finezza ed equilibrio, la cui caratteristica più importante è forse rappresentata dall’incredibile longevità: dai 20 ai 40 anni. Già oggi immenso, è vino rosso da stappare e scolmare qualche ora prima del consumo, come ha sempre consigliato Franco Biondi Santi.
